What to wear

There is no need for special clothing, we provide our clients with comfortable towels and slippers. You will have access to a personal locker. We do ask that you keep your jewellery at home.

When to arrive

Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This will give you time to enjoy the herbal steam room and relax before your treatment. If you arrive late to your appointment, we may not be able to extend your appointment time as a courtesy for guests scheduled after you.

Should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 6 hours in advance of your appointment. Should the appointment not be cancelled ahead of time, there will be a full charge for the treatments reserved.

After your experience

It is important to take some time to relax after your massage, as treatments can have a profound effect on your energy levels. Guests can enjoy a selection of delicious teas or purified water as they relax after their appointment.
